> Measured, photoreal 3D walkthroughs of unbuilt luxury custom homes and yachts, built from the architect's PDF plans or a yacht's general-arrangement drawings and delivered as one private web link: a first-person walk, guided tour, dollhouse and measured plan, photoreal 360° renders by day and at dusk, VR, AR, a narrated film, and the designer's selections stored as data.

## Prices (as of 3 November 2026, USD)

- Luxury custom homes: Walkthrough from $7,500; Signature from $15,000; Estate from $22,500. Up to 6,000 sq ft of conditioned space. Larger homes add $1.50 per extra square foot.
- Yachts and superyachts: Walkthrough from $24,000; Signature from $36,000; Yard platform by proposal (typically $45,000–75,000). New builds and yachts in build, up to 50 m LOA. Larger yachts are quoted per metre.
- First step: a $500 plan review and one hero room, credited to the order.
