Proof

Two properties you can walk today

A 5,700 sq ft custom home, built from the architect's PDF plans: a walk with a 10-stop guided tour, a dollhouse, the measured plan, 24 photoreal 8K 360°s by day and dusk, the designer's selections, VR, AR and a two-minute film. Read the case study or walk it yourself.

Gulf One, a 50 m motor yacht with five walkable decks, 21 doors that open, 24 photoreal 360°s and a film. Take the helm, throttle up, and watch her wake build behind you while dolphins come in to ride her bow. Read the case study or drive her.

How it works

From drawings to a place you can stand in

See the full process

  1. The architect's plan inside the walkthrough, with a room card

    Send the drawings

The architect's PDF plans and elevations, or the yard's GA drawings, plus the selections or specification.

  2. The measured model in a dollhouse view, level by level

    We build the measured model

Walls, openings and levels come from the drawings themselves. You get a preview link and approve before anything is rendered.

  3. A photoreal render of Gulf One at golden hour

We render it in true light

Photoreal 360°s by day and at dusk, hero stills and the film, from the same model.

  4. The first-person walk through the kitchen and great room

You walk it, and share it

One private link for owners, builders, designers and buyers, on any device, in VR or AR.

Commitments in every quote

  • Private by default. No address or owner name in the model, the link, its preview card or any file. Private, expiring links, and takedown on request.
  • Accurate to the drawings. A written tolerance against the dimensioned plans, and a free fix if a wall or opening falls outside it.
  • Revisions included. A set number of revision rounds per tier, with the rate for more stated in your quote.
  • The plan revision on every walkthrough, so everyone knows which drawings they are standing in.
  • Your designers' rights protected. We work under a written licence from the plan's owner, and portfolio use is opt-in.

Questions

Questions buyers ask first

All questions

How much does a 3D walkthrough of a custom home cost?

Homes up to 6,000 sq ft start from $7,500 (Walkthrough), $15,000 (Signature, with the designer's selections and the film) and $22,500 (Estate). See every tier.

How much does a 3D walkthrough of a yacht cost?

Yachts up to 50 m start from $24,000 (Walkthrough) and $36,000 (Signature, every room matched to the designer's renders, with the film); a yard platform for a whole range is by proposal. See yachts.

Can I see my house before it's built?

Yes. We build the house from the architect's plans, so you can walk every room at eye height in a browser, on a phone or in a VR headset, long before construction.

Can a shipyard show a new yacht before she is launched?

Yes. We build her from the general-arrangement plans and the designer's renders: every deck walkable on a phone, laptop or headset, with photoreal 360°s and a film, and a buyer can take the helm. Walk Gulf One.

Is my address made public?

No. Nothing we make carries the address or the owner's name, and every link is private.
