The model is built from the dimensioned drawings, not traced from images, and every walkthrough shows the plan revision it was built from. Your quote states a written tolerance and we fix anything outside it at no charge.
Yes. Selections are stored as data, so a new tile or paint is changed and re-rendered in the real rooms rather than rebuilt. Signature includes two owner revision cycles.
We don't claim it does. The only independent study of tours and sale prices, Harvard's analysis of 75,178 sales, found no significant price effect once photo quality was controlled (Harvard Business School working paper 24-003). What a walkthrough gives you is certainty before you build and fewer changes after the slab.
